The complex, known as "Connection," is strategically located in Hamm, positioned between the city centre and the airport. Construction of the project, which began in 2019 and is expected to be completed by 2023, boasts a total usable area exceeding 80,000 square metres, with half of the space situated underground.

Among the highlights of the development are the 134 studios, each measuring approximately 25 square metres. These studios, totaling around 3,400 square metres, will offer modern and comfortable living spaces for residents and guests alike. The property, located at 23-25 rue de Bitbourg, is a joint venture with Silverfinch Property & Asset Management.

Numa's expansion into Luxembourg marks another milestone for the hotel group, which already operates in 16 countries and 34 cities across Europe. The move underscores Numa's commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences in key markets.

Numa's entry into the Luxembourg market with the "Connection" complex signifies a significant step towards enhancing the hospitality landscape in the region. With a focus on modern amenities and strategic location, the project is poised to offer a unique blend of comfort and convenience to residents and visitors alike.
